17 Days Best of Kenya Luxury Lodge Safari and Beach Holiday in Mombasa

Day 1:Nairobi/Mara
Depart from Nairobi in the morning at 7.30 am and head southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley continue to Narok a small Masaai town to arrive in Masaai Mara for lunch at the keekorok lodge or similar followed by afternoon game viewing return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Masaai Mara
Morning and afternoon game viewing a cross the rich,treestudded grassland and rolling hills. The famous mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya all meals and overnight at the keekorok lodge or similar.

Day 3: Masaai Mara/L. Naivasha
After breakfast leave maasai mara game reserve for a drive to L. Naivasha arriving for lunch at the lake Naivasha country club after lunch visit the Hell’s Gate Park [one of the few parks where you can walk or cycle to see the wild animals]. There is a Geothermal power station and very beautiful scenery, dinner and overnight at the lake Naivasha country club or similar.

Day 4: L. Naivasha/L. Nakuru
After breakfast drive to L. Nakuru for game viewing and a sight of millions of flamingos among other birds [about 350 species recorded]. This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros lunch at the lake Nakuru lodge or similar with another game drive in the afternoon, dinner and overnight at lake Nakuru lodge or similar.

Day 5: L.Nakuru/Treetops
After breakfast drive towards aberdares National park to arrive at the outspan hotel for lunch, after lunch you will be transferred to the treetops to see the animals from the balcony of your room dinner and overnight at the treetops or similar.

Day 6: Treetops/Mt.Kenya Safari Club.
After breakfast leave your hotel for a drive to Mt.Kenya Safari Club arriving in time for lunch afternoon spend relaxing and enjoying the facilities available in the club, dinner and overnight at the Mt.Kenya Safari Club.

Day 7 : Mt. Kenya Safari Club/Sweetwater’s Camp.
After breakfast depart your hotel and drive to Sweetwater’s game reserve to visit the Uaso Nyiro by boat to see the young chimps gereration ( if weather allows ) lunch at the Sweetwater’s tented camp afternoon spent enjoying the lodge facilities, dinner and overnight at the Sweetwater’s tented camp.

Day 8: Sweetwaters/Samburu game reserve.
Leave the lodge after breakfast and drive up north to arrive in Samburu game reserve in time for lunch at the samburu serena lodge or similar, followed by afternoon game drive dinner and overnight at the samburu serena lodge or similar

Day 9:Samburu
Morning and Afternoon game-drive in Samburu with the chance to see the rare species of animals and plants. Meals and overnight at the samburu serena lodge or similar.

Day 10: Samburu/Nairobi
Leave the lodge after breakfast with game drive en route. Drive to Nanyuki [the base town for climbing Mt. Kenya] lunch enroute then continue to Nairobi through the rich agricultural countryside arriving late in the afternoon for dinner and overnight at the safari park hotel.

Day 11: Nairobi/Amboseli
Leave Nairobi at 7.30 am and drive south to Amboseli National park arriving in time for lunch at the Amboseli sopa lodge afternoon game drive with a chance to see the many animals and the beautiful view of Kilimanjaro at the back-ground dinner and overnight at Amboseli sopa lodge or similar.

Day 12: Amboseli
Morning and Afternoon game drives with the option of nature walk or visiting masaai village all meals and overnight at the Amboseli sopa lodge or similar.

Day 13: Amboseli/Tsavo West
After breakfast drive via Chyulu Hills to Tsavo West National Park arriving in good time for lunch at kilaguni serena safari lodge after lunch enjoy your game drive and visit the famous Mzima Springs [the source of drinking water for Mombasa]. Dinner and overnight at the kilaguni serena safari lodge or similar.

Day 14 : Tsavo West/ Nyali Beach Hotel Mombasa
After breakfast leave tsavo west to drive to your beach holiday hotel at the Nyali beach for lunch, afternoon spent at the hotel enjoying your beach activities dinner and overnight at the Nyali beach hotel.

15 : Nyali Beach Hotel Mombasa
whole day spent enjoying your beach activities with all meals and overnight at your beach hotel
